Your trust matters to me. This policy explains what information kaiapetra.com collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

What I collect

• Information you share with me: when you join the waitlist, send a brand inquiry, or email me, I receive what you provide, such as your name, email address, brand and message.
• Letters: subscriptions to my Sunday letter are handled by Substack, under Substack's privacy policy.
• Technical information: like most websites, my hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and running well.

How I use it

• To reply to your messages and inquiries.
• To let you know when The Golden Thread and other pieces become available.
• To keep this website secure and working beautifully.

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Forms and third-party services

The waitlist and brand inquiry forms are provided by Google Forms, and responses are stored in my Google account. Links to Substack, Instagram and Canva take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Keeping and deleting your information

I keep your information only as long as it is useful for the reason you shared it. You can ask me to update or delete your information at any time by writing to studio@kaiapetra.com.
